Are you someone who loves creating a welcoming, organized environment? Do you enjoy a balance of independent work and community engagement? We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented person to join our team at PRAGUE NOMAD Co-Living as a part-time Receptionist/Facility Manager.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Check-In/Check-Out Process: Prepare rooms, welcome tenants, and manage all documentation—contacts, handover protocols, Ubyport reporting, tenant feedback and more.

• Tenant Communication: Handle inquiries, maintain occupancy calendars, and engage with tenants to ensure a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

• Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with cleaners and handymen, monitor task completion, keep inventory stocked, and ensure everything meets high standards.

• Administration: Scan and organize documents, process bank statements, match receipts, and prepare financial records for the accountant.

• Community Engagement: Help organize monthly tenant brunches and gardening activities, fostering a strong sense of community.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills—able to build positive relationships with tenants, cleaners, and service providers.

• Experience in check-in/check-out processes and document management, with a keen eye for detail and precision. Comfortable with basic accounting.

• A natural organizer to manage cleaning/maintenance schedules.

• Someone who values community and is committed to creating a welcoming, friendly co-living space.

• Bonus points if you enjoy hands-on tasks like gardening and can assist with occasional property maintenance.

• Loves animals as we have a cat.

• Ideally based close to Prague 10 for easy access.
